Terms Of Service

GENERAL

- You must be over the age of 18 to commission me!

-Please have CLEAR reference sheets.
I will accept a well-written description if your character is very basic (Black wolf, a generic fox with a red mohawk, etc.)

- Please state what sort of commission you want when sending a request (Icon, badge, full-body, etc.).

- If you want something not listed on the price sheet please ask!

-All communication will be via mail or Twitter DM.

-The completed commission will be sent via mail.

- It won't be first come first serve if I get more commission requests than I have available slots.

-After the slots are closed you will receive a mail or DM where I accept or decline your commission. (This may take a while depending on how many emails I get)

PAYMENT

- I only accept PayPal in EURO as a payment method. (I do not accept trades as payment UNLESS I state it).


COMMISSION PROCESS

- You will be shown the sketch and given a chance to change things. Once the sketch has been approved no major changes can be made to the final drawing, Exceptions can be made for smaller accessories like piercings or small markings (etc.) 
When listing up what you want in the commission, please be clear and give a detailed description of what you’re looking for. I am open to artistic freedom if stated.

-After the sketch has been approved I will send you an invoice via PayPal, and the commission will be continued when payment has been received.

 

REFUNDS

-If the commissioner issues a refund the total sum refunded will depend on how much of the commission is done. If I am halfway done with your commission I will refund you half of the full price and so forth. 
(In most cases the halfway point will be around the lineart stage) 

- IF a commission has been canceled in the sketch stage the commissioner is required to pay a fee depending on how long the sketch has taken.

- You will not be refunded if you're dissatisfied with the finished artwork in general. 
You've had your chance to affect the outcome of the final product
during the commission process.
I hold the right to cancel the commission for whatever reason
in which case the client would be refunded.

DEADLINES/ COMPLETION TIME

-If you need the art to be finished by a certain date be sure to mention this when commissioning. I have the right to decline a commission if I think I can't complete it in time as requested.

- I will only accept commissions I know I will be able to finish and are within my skill set to be able to deliver the best quality possible.

 

ARTIST AND COMMISSIONERS RIGHT

Artist
-If you haven’t provided any commission info within 7 days after commission acceptance, your slot will be given away.

-The artist reserves the right to refuse any offered commissions

- Unless requested otherwise you agree that I as the artist can upload and share your commission for marketing purposes as well. (This includes prints)

Customer
-The commissioner has all the rights to the commissioned piece so long it’s not used for profit.

-If the commissioner wants more WIPs you can request that.


WILL NOT DRAW:

-Discriminating/hateful themes towards any group or individual

-Any kind of bugs, humans

-Mecha/Robots 

-Heavy fetishized things
